Chugach acquisition of ML&P

The Regulatory Commission of Alaska is reviewing the proposed acquisition of ML&P by Chugach. A decision is expected no later than the end of May, with an anticipated closing within 120 days of the decision.

As a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and as a precautionary measure for the safety of our employees, our members and the community, Chugach will be closing its lobby to the public at 5 pm on Tuesday, March 17 through Tuesday, March 31.

Construction Updates
